All orders are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, please allow extra time for creation before shipping. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, but we’re happy to keep you updated throughout the process.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on item size and destination. If you have a carrier preference, please contact us before placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lowcountrycustomcreations@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
At this time, international shipping is not available. We plan to expand this in the future.
